Steam Helix Test

New applications in the WISAS Sterilisation methods. Parametric release (releasing the product depending on the sterilisation parameters) is measured by apparatus simulated under such difficult sterilisation conditions as PCD used in each cycle.

It is very difficult to provide such aggravated sterilisation conditions as PCD in central sterilisation units. Besides loss of manpower and time, it is not possible to standardise them. It is not recommended as there is a high error margin. Instead, ready-to-use control test apparatus are recommended by the simulation of the difficult sterilisation conditions for the control of each steriliser load.

All these error margins have been minimised and the use has been made so practical in the WISAS load control testing apparatus. In the use of the load control test, only apparatus test indicator colour change indicator of the load integrator or emulsifier in the apparatus is sufficient in the control of each steriliser cycle.
